Services

Comprehensive, lab-accredited diagnostic services to identify and mitigate indoor hazards across Macomb County & Metro Detroit.

Every service below exists to answer one of three questions: is there mold, where is the water coming from, and is the problem actually resolved. Most jobs need two of the three, and we will tell you which before you book anything.

Which Service Do You Actually Need?

How an Engagement Works

  1. We ask what brought you here. The history — when it started, what changed, which room, whether anyone is unwell — determines where we look first. Mold does not appear randomly; it appears where water has been.
  2. On-site assessment. Systematic visual inspection plus non-invasive moisture mapping and thermal imaging. Nothing gets opened without discussing it with you.
  3. Sampling, if it adds value. Not every job needs lab work, and we will say so when it does not.
  4. Written report, typically within 24 hours of lab results: what we found, where the water is coming from, and what we recommend — in plain language, ordered by priority.
  5. Referral and verification when remediation is warranted — certified contractors we have worked alongside, then independent clearance testing when they finish.

What Every Engagement Includes

The Reason We Do Not Remediate

A company that inspects and also removes earns more the larger the problem it finds. We removed that incentive by removing the revenue.

When our report says the issue is a contained area behind a vanity, that is what it is — even though a more alarming finding would be a more profitable sentence for a differently structured company. It also means that when we do say you have a serious problem, that carries weight.
